Welcome to my change experience

Welcome to my blog, which will follow my progress in the change team I have just been asked to join.

This will mean moving out of a direct line management and budget holding role, and into a small team set up to look at the next stage of our organisational change programme.

I want to put my thoughts, experiences and ideas into this blog for a few reasons:

1. This is likely to be the most important career move I ever make
2. Writing seems to help me order my thoughts, and get things off my chest
3. If anyone ever reads my posts, there might be some support or advice out there that I can use
4. Someone else might find it slightly useful!

I you are out there somewhere reading this, I hope you do find it at least interesting, possibly useful, and maybe from time to time I'll manage to inject a little humour too?
